Nawang Abi Asha (also known as NASHA) is a foundation that is engaged in the Youth and Social Community sector. We maintain an intention to help and build Indonesia according to what it aspires to be.

Nawang Asha Menjelajah Nusantara
An event designed to engage young people in taking tangible actions to address and resolve the pressing issues faced in Indonesia. This initiative will encompass a range of activities such as charity events, awareness campaigns, educational seminars, and more. The primary goal is to enhance the quality of life within communities and improve the surrounding environment, all while fostering and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders. The programs will be specifically targeted at the most remote, underserved, and economically disadvantaged regions, known as the 3T areas (outermost, underdeveloped, and inner areas).
Leadership, Empowerment, Networking Summit (LENS)
Leadership, Empowerment, Networking Summit (LENS) is a prestigious international forum initiated by globally-oriented Indonesian youth. The program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing a platform for intellectual exchange, cross-cultural collaboration, and strategic policy development on global issues. In 2025, LENS carries the theme “Thailand’s Legacy Towards a Sustainable ASEAN,” focusing on the challenges and opportunities in achieving sustainability across the Southeast Asian region. Through structured discussions, cultural immersion, and collaborative sessions, participants are encouraged to explore regional dynamics, propose innovative solutions, and strengthen their leadership capacities. LENS is more than just a conference — it is a transformative experience that empowers young individuals to become catalysts for positive change. By uniting youth from diverse backgrounds and nations, the summit promotes international understanding, fosters meaningful connections, and contributes to the development of globally competitive, socially responsible leaders.
LENS (Leadership, Empowerment, Networking Summit) is an academic initiative led by globally-minded Indonesian youth. It serves as a platform for young leaders to discuss international issues and take real action as agents of change.
This year’s theme, “Thailand’s Legacy Towards a Sustainable ASEAN,” invites participants to explore sustainability challenges and opportunities across the ASEAN region. Each year, LENS features different global themes and may be hosted in various countries.
The program aims to produce actionable policy recommendations, reflecting participants’ commitment to positive and sustainable impact. LENS fosters international collaboration and empowers youth as the next generation of global leaders.
